A Thunderegg is often mistaken for a mineral or geode. Thundereggs are more solid than geodes. Inside Thundereggs you will find chalcedony or agate.
This particular specimen has gorgeous veins of Chalcedony. Natural fluorescense causes these Thundereggs to glow under the black light. Great for kids and kids at heart!
